HRE Sport Hub is a cutting-edge centre for comprehensive physical assessments. Through our partnership with industry leaders TecnoBody and VALD Performance, you can undergo specialised assessments to evaluate and optimize your body's potential. This allows you to design a personalised training program tailored to your needs, helping you achieve outstanding results. The centre also features a fitness room equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment.
Fitness Partners
The exceptional results of the HRE Sport Hub are driven by our collaboration with top-tier industry partners. In particular, TecnoBody specialises in developing products for injury prevention, sports performance enhancement, and motor rehabilitation. Gym
In addition to the expert guidance at HRE Sport Hub, we offer you the opportunity to train independently in our fully equipped MATRIX brand gym. Here, you can enjoy a dedicated cardio zone featuring a treadmill and two exercise bikes (one spinning), as well as a power zone equipped with thigh adductor and abductor machines, a bench, and free weights.
HRE Sport Hub is open every day upon reservation.
The fitness area at Hotel Residence Esplanade is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, to access it, you should book your session with a defined time slot at the reception desk.
